This doctor appears to not be in business anymore. The website appears active, you can fill out a contact form and request an appointment but no one gets back to you and the phone number says “the person isn’t accepting calls right now. The suite at the address shows “for lease.” The medical board shows her license is current but secondary flag for being on probation for a misdemeanor conviction (unknown what type).

The visit with Dr. Moayed was the best doctor visit of my life. It was truly an amazing experience for me to find a Doctor who took time to know me and understand all my health concerns.

There are not enough stars available to rate Dr. Moayed. If you are looking for a physician who listens to you and creatively designs treatments and lifestyle changes to help you obtain your best healthy self, she is the right doctor for you. She is compassionate, whole-person focused, and is extremely knowledgeable about current science-based practices and discoveries. I feel so blessed to have found Dr Moayed for the multitude of health problems that I was struggling with. Her professional skills and patience never cease to amaze me.
