My experience with Preventative Health Alliance was frustrating, though not for the reasons you might expect. About six months ago, I visited their office on Peoria Avenue without issue. Dr Catherine Gross was good until I got the message before my appointment that she's no longer with them. Thank God I had 30 days of meds at Walgreens. They notified me 5 days before my appointment that she was no longer with them even though she's still on the website. So I booked an appointment with Dr uves at the 108th location. My respects to doctor Stephanie Irizarry, she’s a wonderful person, she humbly took care of my wounds after a motorcycle accident, she’s comfortable to talk to and helps you out as much as she possibly can, the world would be a better place if there was more doctors like her. The problem here is the clinic on 108th ave is always short staffed. Always miscommunication with the receptionist’s, nurses, assistants, and doctors. Dr Sanchez and Stefany have been amazing to the entire family all my children come here and even grandkids now. I will be changing insurance soon so I can also join the practice. The staff is incredible and very welcoming you guys are amazing. Thank you!
