I had an important (at least to me) appointment with Dr. Gross and arrived early. There was only one other patient there, who Dr. Gross was already seeing. I was checked in, got vitals checked by assistant and after about a half hour after my appointment time, I could hear Dr Gross had finished with the other patient and was chit-chatting with the front office staff for about 15 minutes. Dr Gross is wonderful. She’s very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. She will spend all the time you need with her, no matter how long. However, the new staff is very incompetent.
Edit: Thank you Dr. Stoffer for continuing to take amazing care of us by bringing on an incredible doctor, Dr. Gross. We are so fortunate to have her! Thank you!!! I don't know what I'd do without Dr. Stoffer!!! I refer everyone to him. He has a wonderful staff as well!
Isabel the MA is an absolute gem. INCREDIBLE beside manner and makes you feel comfortable and treats you with dignity. She made my entire doctor visiting experience different in the BEST way! Dr. Gross takes her time. She is thorough, kind, understanding and ethical and literally changed my outlook on doctors all together. What a great practice with great people!
