I can’t say enough good things about Prevelo! We have bought 3 bikes from them as our kids have transitioned to each size. Their customer service is next to none as they have gone out of their way to accommodate to us. The quality and durability of the bike is top notch. My little girl has ate It hard multiple times and continues to work flawlessly. If you’re looking for a great kids bike look no further. Prevelo is where it’s at!
Prevelo Bikes make riding easy! The geometry inspires confidence in young riders and confidence inspires more riding. The company is a small family owned business and the customer service shows just how much they care about each customer. They have been very helpful from the smallest to the largest questions about bikes and kids riding bikes. We Love Prevelo the smile on my daughters face proves it!
Prevelo has amazing customer service and even better bikes. Every bike manufacturer is having trouble keeping bikes in stock right now. Unfortunately they can't just wish bikes into existence to sell. They're doing their best, and the bikes are worth the wait, I promise!
Great bikes, great company.
My husband and I gave up on waiting Prevelo. Wasted time. Very disappointed. There are other very good alternatives. We bought our son Early Rider Urban 20 with three speed hub and he is very happy. I am blocking all other emails from Prevelo.
