My little daughter had a swollen shut eye and they refused her because she wouldn’t mask. My son just needed stitches cut and same thing. Previa called cops and cops asked them to just cut the stitches and they refused. Absolutely insane. Oh, and a doctor that works there once screamed at me because I wouldn’t give my then nursing newborn breast milk because I was on narcotics for my gallbladder attacks. Stay away.
Twice I’ve come to prevea urgent care. First time, my son received extremely poor care when he had a broken arm. Second time, urgent care turned me away at 3:20 because they close at 4. Seems to me they should be required to receive patients until 4. Oh, and giant, green open sign is still lit. I will never return here for care for myself or my family. Restaurants don’t turn people away 40 minutes before closing. Crazy that healthcare does. So sad.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! ANYWHERE ELSE IS BETTER!!!
Stopped in here for my son who had been vomiting for three days. The ladies at the desk were really sweet but were having some computer issues while we were there, took a while to actually get checked in. Once we got back however everything went smoothly. Nurse was friendly, the dr was nice and we were in and out within a reasonable time. Would definitely use this facility again.
I went in today for a sprained ankle that was not getting better. The reception area is very nice, with comfortable furniture and a beautiful fireplace. The receptionists were friendly and gave me an estimated wait time of about an hour. I didn't have to wait that long. A nurse took me back and did a very thorough intake.
