Absolutely terrible. Trying to get answers on health and answer from Prevea is 'sorry, doc is on vacation, wait til they get back'......in other words, you the patient should place your health on hold while we go home for the weekend, go on vacation etc. No wonder ER is loaded. Family Practice processes are broken and they don't care. So much for their rhetoric marketing BS about "patient centered care". Find specialists and stick with them as FP care here is disjointed and awful
