After tripping and hurting my foot, I visited the urgent care clinic on Lineville to assess the injury. Everyone interacted with was pleasant, and most importantly, competent. From the intake coordinator to the nurse, the x-ray tech to the physician, the quality of care was A+.
Understaffed. 5 people in front of me and it’s 2+ hour wait.
Walked in the doors at 3:48, and were told last time to be seen was 3:45 despite the sign saying they close at 4:00. Not a soul in the waiting room, but zero willingness to help. Unfortunate, but will be seeking care at other local urgent cares.
I saw Sarah Gries-Thomas for a possible sinus infection. She gave such kind and caring care! She listened to me and explained everything to me. There was just such an added level of care that she gave to me. It felt like the type of care that you would get from a family member.
Absolutely horrible service! Ended up making my friends health worse and had to go to the emergency room!
