I scheduled an appointment today June 26th 8:30 AM at ALLOUEZ EYE CARE 1821 S WEBSTER AVEGREEN BAY WI 54301-2253.I had several texts and an email to pre register it’s 2024 so you have to do other peoples jobs. I preregistered signed up for MyChart all personal contact info is in their system ( remember that part). I showed up a half an hour early walk up to the front desk and very politely stated I was there to see Dr Shoppe and wanted to confirm I was in the correct waiting area (first time patient).
