One of my Dr's. Ordered x-rays for me. I called on 2-17 at 10:55 a.m. to verify the order was there & make an appointment. I was transferred at least 4 times, disconnected once & put on hold numerous times for 5 min or more. At 11:25 I finally got this for an answer to my question regarding making an appointment- we are a walk in radiology dept!!! Seriously it took slmost 30 min, taking to 4 people & being transferred all around to finally be told I could just walk in!! Unacceptable!!!
