My PCP retired so we needed to find a new doctor. We went with Dr Sahil Gupta. I can not say enough about what a great doctor he is! He takes his time with you, listens to you , explains things and just all around cares for his patients. His nurse Brooke is also the best, so sweet! We recently moved out of state and was so sad that we will no longer see Dr Gupta. I sure hope I find someone as good as him here in Texas’
Terrible service from the beginning — they don’t communicate anything at all. I went in to have my genetic testing done and they drew 5 tubes of blood! When I messaged to ask about the results, they told me that test had never even been done. This clinic and their care are HORRIBLE. Save yourself a bad experience and choose a different clinic.
Be very careful with what you're saying to the doctor. They'll bill you for services and things that you did not consent to or even thought you would be billed for. This method of practicing medicine is deceitful and misleading and shows that they only care about the money and not the patient. EDIT - I tried calling the number below and it goes directly to voicemail. You're not able to talk directly with a representative.
Avoid Prevea at All Costs! Prevea is a factory, not a clinic. You're just a number, rushed appointments, zero empathy, and shady policies. They gaslight you, misdocument your visits, and push drug screens like you're a criminal. I left feeling worse every time. If you want real care, look elsewhere. These people do NOT have your back.
