After having been to other local offices and not feeling cared for Prevea is the only place my family will have for care. They make things so simple with scheduling or if I need to reschedule, they are so happy to answer questions and help you figure out who you need to talk to. I saw Natalie who is a midwife there, I left my visit feeling very dismissed and unheard. I came in with genuine concerns, but instead of taking the time to listen or explore possible causes, the provider brushed it off as something “normal.” I know my body, and I could tell there was more going on. What was most disappointing is that she did not conduct a thorough exam, which left me feeling overlooked. I am sharing this so future patients are aware. Very friendly staff. Felt very welcomed and felt that everyone cared about why I am there. The doctor really listened to me and took the time to answer all questions and concerns I had.
