I saw Natalie who is a midwife there, I left my visit feeling very dismissed and unheard. I came in with genuine concerns, but instead of taking the time to listen or explore possible causes, the provider brushed it off as something “normal.” I know my body, and I could tell there was more going on. Very friendly staff. Felt very welcomed and felt that everyone cared about why I am there. The doctor really listened to me and took the time to answer all questions and concerns I had.
