I feel bad for the review, because the Doctors and the Nursing staff deserve 5-star reviews for excellent service, efficient care, and being very personable and professional. So the front desk staff are really holding them back when they make terrible scheduling errors. I scheduled over the phone, they repeated the time and date, it could not have been more clear. When I showed up for the appointment, I was turned away because it was scheduled two months later. Wasted trip, rough day. Until Howard can repair their scheduling... read more
