I rarely write reviews, but this clinic deserves one for how unprofessional and frustrating my experience was. The service and communication here are terrible. From the start, the front desk was completely disorganized and dismissive. It felt like my concerns didn’t matter because they were too busy doing their own thing. Even worse, I found out that the clinic was putting notes in my file that I never said during my visits. After visiting this clinic a few times, I just realized they’ve been writing notes I never even said during my visits. The front desk is a complete circus, and apparently, it doesn’t matter what I actually say—they just write things however they want. Make sure to get a copy of every report from your visits, or you’re the one who’s going to lose out. Decided to change clinic due to lack of communication and service.
