The level of disrespect I experienced from Dr. Smullen today ensures that I will never return to this Prevea location. I brought my son in due to a high fever, vomiting twice, and shaking. I explained these symptoms to both the nurses and Dr. Smullen. The appointment began with him asking why I was there. After I explained my concerns, he responded dismissively, asking what I expected him to do. Having healthcare in Kewaunee is great! And as a bonus, my primary care provider, Rachel Scullion, APNP, is the best primary care provider I have ever had.
I saw NP Rachel Scullion, and I will say she is truly a gem. Extremely personable, amazing listener, and very thorough. She took her time and listened to everything I needed. I have never felt so comfortable with a provider. Kudos to jer AMAZING care!
Dr Rachel Scullion is who I have a s a doctor. She goes above and beyond for me as her patient. Answers all of my questions and in a way i am going to understand. She is awesome. The staff as far as nurses are on point eith everything and the desk ladies are always wonderful as far as greeting you and making you feel comfortable and welcome.
