Always disheartening when you inquire about a test result multiple times, both by phone and my chart, and no one replies to you. Gave then a 2 business days and nothing. Later left a message through the nursing staff to the provider in the morning, and no call backs. This happened earlier in the month too. Prevea needs to revamp how in-basket messages are handled, because this is no way of handling patient care. Very disappointed, and will be establishing with a different system because of this. Caring staff. Very knowledgeable.
As I sit here in the office, I have been waiting 50 minutes to see a doctor. This is absolutely absurd!!
