Unfortunately we are unable to address the concern. The patient did file a concern with Prevea internally and while we do apologize for any inconvenience the patient had, the concern brought forward was related to the hospital and it was forwarded to the hospital to reach out and address directly with the patient. Went in for a broken ankel and they denied me treatment, would not let me make an appointment, my insurance is paid and they are who we go through for our plan, refused service, rude and hostile for me questioning why they charged me $150. For a $12 brace I did not ask for on a different appointment years ago.
I cannot express the utter lack of competence this business has. I have been placed into collections by this company due to the fact the receptionist failed to correctly upload my insurance information at time of service. It was late 2019 and in 2020 my company changed insurance carriers. I received 100% covered service in 2019 only to have a $500 bill sent to me in March 2020 stating I did not have insurance. Totally disregarded my mental health, told me they couldn’t get me in to see a psychiatrist until January closer to February and when I said I wouldn’t be able to make it that long , all the nurse said was “sorry that’s all we can do”. When I advocated for myself and asked to be prescribed my previous medications that I’d taken to help me get through these months until my appointments the supervisor at my doctors office told me she couldn’t prescribe me them and that she’d only give me something new that would only give me b... read more

Zero stars would be more accurate. They do nothing but waste your time and money. I saw Dr. Dana Carroll on 2 separate occasions. The first time, I came in stating that I was coughing so bad that I was vomiting and it was very hard to breathe and I was having severe back pain. I was in & out in under 10 minutes. She told me I'm probably allergic to my cats. Turns out, I paid 2 out of network providers to tell me I was having severe asthma attacks and I had 3 dislocated ribs because of it.
