I recently had two appointments with Nurse Practitioner Sarah Reiter concerning my iron levels, and unfortunately, I cannot say that it was a positive experience. Sarah Reiter's bedside manner left much to be desired. Instead of listening to my experiences and insights, she appeared completely disinterested and solely relied on default lab numbers.
