Visited here out of state and anytime we are in a different and an emergency popped up with a kiddo the facility ALWAYS took our out of state Medicare. This place did not. Last time they did. We then paid $150 out of pocket and I still received a bill in the mail. Leaving When I asked for something in writing I can give my insurance for refund the “manager” said they don’t have anything and she gave me some paper that was either typed up or copy and pasted from google. I am reviewing based on my daughter's experience. She went to urgent care because she's in so much pain, she can barely walk and you sent her away with "Go see your primary" and "do physical therapy". This isn't treatment, this is a "I don't want to help". She's tried OTC and other things BEFORE going in. This kind of treatment makes people not want to go to the doctor. Please do better and actually treat people. I love my doctor at that clinic and have never been treated like this
From the check-in through to me seeing the Practitioner, I have had nothing but positive and friendly treatment. I Have been going to Prevea for over 15 years +.
I left those Appleton-Neenah Physicians behind, if you want to be treated like a patient should be, Prevea Health is where you should go. If you need a pain medicine doctor, DR. Malo is one of the best doctors you can see. Over 10 years now, and I wouldn't change a thing. Surprised he hasn't left to get paid more somewhere else. Dr. Malo would be worth every penny. Bedside manner is excellent.
