Well, all I can say is that the service get from Prevea and Dr Alexander Burns has been very disappointing. I have reached out on 26th of May for a quantity discrepancy on my medication that I have already been approved for. The nurse told me that day I had to come see him for the remainder. I already got the refills all approved on my last visit, and don't see why you would hold back my meds you've already approved. It's like charging someone twice for the same thing. First time in over 40 years that I have felt like a real person instead of a number at a doctor's office
Same experience as Rocas X. A family member needed a form filled out based on a test result. Gave them plenty of lead time to complete the form, but they made mistakes and overlooked sections of the form, were combative and rude when asked to fix the errors and omissions, then promised to fix it but did not do so by the time they promised. So we might miss the deadline for submitting the form, even though we asked for it well in advance.
