Worst experience I have ever had with any provider. I don’t know if it is Prevea as a whole, or just the voyager location.
The Covid-19 vaccines are not safe or effective.
The front desk staff and not friendly at all!! One of them (speaks spanish) is very mouthy with patients. She must be forgetting that we the patients are the ones paying her wages. They schedule you for 8am appointments then there doors are locked and we had to sit outside in 2 degree weather and wait the 5 minutes for them to actually open the doors at 8am.
Kind, prompt, courteous! A great medical facility.
It's so wonderful to be back at Prevea. I had to leave for 2yrs. Due to insurance network. Everyone is so friendly, happy, efficient, listens, no mistakes, and professional. I truley trust all providers I see.
