I went in today for an occupational health screening. The staff who performed my urine screening and physical were great. However, when I was sent to get blood drawn at the lab I was very disappointed. The person who drew my blood had shockingly little regard for infection prevention. They had visible cuts on their hands and after cleaning my skin with alcohol, they purposely ripped a hole in their glove and felt the vein again with their bare finger. East Mason Therapy department is top notch. They function as a team from scheduling, reception, Therapists and environment. I feel they care for me as a patient

They are kind, caring, and compassionate doctors who are willing to make the effort, and invest the time required to become familiarized with my case, in order to begin treating me. Came here at 3:47pm today because my daughter has an ear ache. They close at 4. They wouldn’t take her because their last slot is 3:45. I’m sorry… I miss it by 2 minutes and you can’t see a sick kid? 🙄
