Best muscle recovery and functional strength program that is ready with modifications to meet you where you are. In short, I have corrected club feet, arthritis, numerous pelvic diseases and trauma, and had severe tear in my core. If I can do it, you can too. No excuses allowed, it sucks to be strong.
Prevail is as close to having a personal trainer as you can get with group fitness. Everything is programmed with intention from the movement prep through the cool down. Prevail offers a well thought out program and excellent instructors. As my first foray into anything like this, I appreciated the smaller class sizes. They allowed for more guidance finding the right progression to start with and timely adjustments to form and weight as necessary. Following your plan is not always smooth sailing, but they will offer advice and encouragement, as will your fellow students.
