I just finished a 10 session plan with Dr. Catherine and after 2 years of trying different physio and chiro treatments, no one has helped me more! Clean well managed gym. Dr. Nick really actively listened. He gave me through assessment. He did manipulation with my left foot which is very stiff. I enjoyed speaking with him. We used one piece of equipment which was challenging but he was encouraging and supportive.
Honestly, this was a hugely disappointing and lackluster experience. I went in for a free consult and was sold a single session for $300. Prepayment was required because they explained that a program would be prepared in advance. So I sent in my workout routine ahead of time, and was told it would be forwarded to the clinician. But at the appointment a week later, I found out that my email had neither been forwarded nor reviewed.
