I worked with a PT and PTA. I generally liked it and it’s helped me but sometimes I felt like they weren’t completely attentive (PT) or they became frustrated by my inability to position myself exactly right for certain movements (PTA). The PTA often initiated loud conversations with reception/other clients/coworkers across the room while working with me. Parking could also be a hassle, too.
Quickly and effectively diagnosed and treated my athletic teenage son.
Front desk doesn't handle any billing. You must call a 3rd party. Makes discussing billing matters very inefficient. There are two different charges for no shows but they can't tell you why that is.
