I appreciate that the ownership has invested in technology. I find the technology sets Prevail apart from other physical therapists. I had chronic plantar fasciitis from decades of distance running, and I thought I would never get back to running. Caring staff, clean facility, convenient location.
The physical therapy staff is fantastic, but the billing department is a separate entity that is a real pain. I was billed twice for the same visit. The front desk team can see the error but can’t take any action and routed me to the billing team. Unfortunately, the billing is handled by a different company or team that I have difficulty contacting.
