Could never get any one on the phone. Every number I found just rang or was always busy.
HORRIBLE..THE OWNER DAVE PROMISES YOU THE WORLD. CHAOTIC MANAGEMENT AND LIES. I LIVE IN UPSTATE NEW YORK AND I HIRED HIM TO DO MY HOME IN A BEAUTIFUL ESTATE AREA OF WARSAW. MADE A PLAN OF ACTION WITH DAVE. IT WOULD RUN THE FIRST YEAR AROUND $3200. A LOT OF MONEY BUT HE PROMISED ME A BEAUTIFUL YARD. THEY DID A GOOD CLEAN-UP. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO MOW THE LAWN TO MAKE IT ALL LEVEL GRASS BEFORE STARTING WITH SEEDING, AND FERTILIZING. THEY DID NOT. SO THEY PLANTED GRASS SEED AND FERTILIZER PELETS IN THE MANY BARE AREAS.
