My experience with Prevail as a user on this platform has been really eye opening and refreshing for someone like me who goes through various mental health challenges. They have a cool lessons program that dives into the basics of CBT. If you are unfamiliar with it, it does a good job at explaining concepts and providing coping tools that come from it. The coaches really care about what you have to say and are very attentive. I have picked up many coping skills and truly feel like this is a judgement-free platform. There's many options to choose from on iPrevail to help your mental health. You can talk to a peer support coach 1-1, work through lessons that teach valuable insights, take assessments to track progress, & enjoy conversations in support groups with other users going through the same things.
After having a great experience online, I thought it was important to share with others online on what I found most helpful about iPrevail’s platform. They have a user-friendly interface, personalized approach (personally enjoy the Session approach where I can work with my assigned Peer Coach on my mental health and goals from my home), and trained Peer Coach’s who have been supportive in every way possible. I’d highly recommend the platform to anyone who is seeking effective and convenient mental health support.
