Either the staff here are lazy or the hours are wrong. We went at 7:30 while the mall was still open along with every other food place and they were the only ones closed. Ridiculous. Your hours are your hours, be open or not. As an edit, they got shut down. This place doesn't even exist anymore in the mall.

I love pretzel maker and I HAVE to come here when I am in town because there isn't one close to home. They made my pretzel bites fresh and the cheese was so warm and good! I love coming here and enjoying the yummy pretzels!
I've eaten at this location before and had decent service but this time was horrible. The person work looked like and and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. I had ordered a Parmessan pretzel bite (regular) but she completely ignored the Parmessan part and rang up as a salted order. That is unacceptable I will not be going to this location again.
