Either the staff here are lazy or the hours are wrong. We went at 7:30 while the mall was still open along with every other food place and they were the only ones closed. Ridiculous. Your hours are your hours, be open or not.

I love pretzel maker and I HAVE to come here when I am in town because there isn't one close to home. They made my pretzel bites fresh and the cheese was so warm and good! I love coming here and enjoying the yummy pretzels!

I've eaten at this location before and had decent service but this time was horrible. The person work looked like and and gave the impression that she didn't want to be there. I had ordered a Parmessan pretzel bite (regular) but she completely ignored the Parmessan part and rang up as a salted order. That is unacceptable I will not be going to this location again.

Probably the worst pretzels I've ever had. They just tasted like grease. Luckily, they had cream cheese to help, but unluckily the pretzels just made the cream cheese taste like grease too. Definitely didn't finish the whole cup of pretzel bites, not worth wasting the calories. Service was also pretty lackluster, dude was in the back for a while when I was just waiting to order, and I don't think he said a single word to me too, just walked up to the register and looked at me expectantly. Not worth wasting the money.

Fast service. Ghetto mall. Cheese wasn’t super warm. Pretzel was a bit hard and not so fresh.
