The value of the service was sadly not there for me nor was the customer service after I mentioned I wasn't happy with it. Nice looking place though.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT PRETTYOLGY! My clinician, Jackie Dalton, told me she would return my emails if I had questions or concerns. My eyes were red and swollen after my first treatment with her. I learned she never even opened my emails and refused to return my phonecalls even when the phonecall was scheduled by the front desk. She left the clinic instead. BAD NEWS. THUMBS DOWN
I was there with a friend who was getting a treatment, I was intreaged with their lip care. I had asked the receptionist about the product and I didn't get a convincing response. Gina Antonelli came from another room and saw that I was interested in the product so she took the time to explaine and demonstrated some of the lipsticks, she was very knowledgeable and confident about the products. She was very friendly and made my experience very comfortable. I bought a few lipsticks and so did my friend.Thank you Gina!!!
