I had an awful botched job done, I asked for a shoulder length cut with light layers and curtain bangs; I got a chin length bob with straight bangs. Beware (photo edited for my privacy.)
Not many people can cut curly hair. I've spent anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour in his chair. I think he may be a perfectionist. Thanks Tu.
