I made an appointment online with Jasmin Kelly a few days in advance, and I recieved a text two days before the appointment day to confirm, and I did. I also received a text the day before reminding me of the appointment. When I got there the door was locked so I called the number given to me with my confirmation text, and told the woman that answered I was here for my appointment. She just said okay and then hung up. I have been going to Samatha for over a year now, and she is always spot on and does excellent work also with providing very good service. She does everything just the way you want her to do it, wether you show her a picture of what you would like or if you choose the freestyle option she will base that off of her on creativity and it always comes out amazing. I have never been disappointed by her work and never will be. I will never switch my nail technician. I love Sam and she also has the cutest salon!
I’ve been going to Samantha at Pretty Saditty since years before she opened her own shop and both then and now she has always provided top tier service, I’ve never left the salon not absolutely in love with her creations and nail designs, she’s willing to design based off of inspirations and also books freestyles where she goes off of her own creativity, she’s also super personable and easy to talk to which is important when finding a nail tech your going to be seeing weekly or monthly, all for reasonable prices! The nail tech is unorganized and unprofessional. I have never been stood up and wasted so much time to get my nails done in my life. I originally made an appointment on a Sunday on her website. I showed up and no one was there and the door was locked. I had this appointment for a few days and I was never told that she could not make it, her website states that she’s open on Sunday’s.
