**** This is an edit to my original One star review! After about 11 months I decided to give Pretty Q another chance but this time with a different technician! I’ve been seeing Larry and he is Amazing!! He does such a good job everytime, so now I’ve just been calling and scheduling an appointment with him to make sure I get him every time! This is the best place to get your manicure and pedicure done. I have been coming here for years and it's always a great experience. The people are friendly and it's clean.
Larry is the best!
I asked for one pedicure and magically a more expensive one was done without asking me. I was aware of $5 extra to remove my gel polish but I asked for the $30 pedicure and I realized part way through what was happening but didn’t want to get into an argument in the middle of trying to relax. Unfortunate because it’s a nice spa but if they are up charging people without their consent that’s not good. Plus the pedicure was decent but not great.
