I never have to worry about my dogs when I bring them here. She always does stellar work and I appreciate that she doesn't lock them up in tiny kennels.
WOW DIANA IS AMAZING NOT ONLY IS SHE A EXCELLENT GROOMER. SHE REALLY CARES AND GETS TO KNOW THE DOGS AND YOU CAN JUST TELL SHE LOVES THE DOGS AND THEY LOVE HER.I LOVE THE RELAXING ATMOSPHERE SHE HAS CREATED WITH THE DOGS.I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HER.I WOULD DEFINITELY GIVE HER A TOP 5 FOR THE BEST. !!!
They did such an amazing job on my little guy! Exactly what I wanted and he got to play with friends instead of spending the whole day in a kennel! Thanks so much for the awesome cut!
We've had three puppy acclamation sessions, and my pup and I are loving it! Coda (16 week-old Havanese) gets to know the shop while making a game of it, and I receive guidance on super positive training. We look forward to every visit!

I highly recommend Pretty Pups Parlor! Diana is so sweet and really cares about each and every dog she works with. She will put in the extra effort to make sure your dog feels comfortable and gets groomed to your preferences. My mini schnauzer had bad experiences with other groomers early in life creating a huge fear of grooming and that paired with her terrier personality made many groomers muzzle her or turn her away all together. No longer live in Boise but really miss having her as my dog's groomer. Super nice and always did a great job. Plus I knew my pup was safe.
