You guys are always so great and my golden retriever Maverick looks amazing after every grooming and I am sure he is a handful, so great full for you guys!

3/22 my hubby & I did a walk in with our dog Friday. You guys were so busy but helped us anyways. Shannon did a great job! This is our 3rd trip from OR just to use this Parlor! Thank you!!
I brought in two pups in desperate need of grooming. She did a fantastic job, even with our epileptic Maltese who requires lots of extra care and love! He had no seizures, which is a tough thing to accomplish with him. Thanks so much!

I walked into the parlor at 430p even though the sign says it closes at 5p. The place was clean and she was ready to leave. I asked her if she was closed cuz my baby needed his nails done. She said yes they were but she can do it. I could tell she was annoyed and said I can come back another day no bug deal. She said no no ill get them done. In response to your review. This is the owner of pretty pups. There is no set closing time for the shop. We leave when we are done for the day. As I recall your dog is a 2 person hold. The groomer that helped you is a very nice groomer that drives 2 hours to get home from work every day. She was trying to keep her personal dogs calm so that she could help you. GREAT PEOPLE ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB WITH MY DOGS.....DIANA TAKES GREAT CARE IN MAKING SURE ALL IS GOOD...THE PAWS, TEETH EARS AND ALL ARE ALWAYS CHECKED AND SHE IS SURE TO LET YOU KNOW IF ANYTING IS WRONG
Been here a couple of times and love them. They are gentle caring and our golden retriever has come out clean and happy. She smells clean for weeks. Can wait to bring our husky too.
