DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE! I took my dog there for the first time today. She can home with burns and cuts on all 4 of her paws and belly from the razor. Ther is so much more and I have pictures. Just save your dog and do not go there.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! – I took my dog to her a couple of times...the first time she did a really good job and was really nice. However the 2nd time I took her my dog had an appointment at 11am and was told that she would be ready in 2-3 hours. at 3:30 I called her and she got extremely rude with me and told me that she had 2 dogs ahead of her and she hadn't even started my dog. I had the appointment scheduled 1 month in advance so if she overbooked she should have kept her appointment. I finally get a call from her at 10 m... read more

Liked their work but not their attitude – My husband and I really liked the quality of work, the cuts they did on the dogs were really well done. At my urging, my mom decided to give them a try but had to cancel the appointment because of the ice/snow storm we got Christmas Eve. Mom is 76 years old and not comfortable driving in the snow or walking in it. THE BEST POODLE CUT AROUND!! My dog Loves going to the PPP I cant get him to leave. The staff is amazing! Thank You – I took my dog to another groomer a couple of times (All About Pets on Western, but I do reccomend their mattress shop) . He would start shakeing and I couldn't get him out of the car. Best place to get groomed! – Pretty Puppy Parlor ROCKS!!! I looked all over the metro area for a good groomer for 2 years. I FINALLY found the Pretty Puppy Parlor. Not only do all 3 of my dogs (different breeds) get great haircuts, the owner is so friendly. Since I take my dogs there every 2 weeks I have seen the owner get firm with people before. Your Dog Deserves Better, and so do you – Rather than my schedule my pet, the owner decided to argue with me about a time previously that we had a misunderstanding about a day that I was to bring my dog. Is that how you conduct a good business? I would expect her to be polite and understanding as I would be, had I misunderstood her.
