I had been going there for years, my last visit was truly awful, my pup there for hours, called, not ready, said my girl was not cooperating and no self confidence, did not know they were doggie psychiatrists as well. Also that my hubby makes her nervous, carries her in wrong, sorry we have had her 10 years, she was sickly as a pup, doing great, 10 now, really? DO NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this establishment! I'm surprised Robin and Ashley haven't gotten animal cruelty charges yet . They are by far the most harsh and aggressive groomers I have ever met in my life. They will brag about dragging dogs by their top knots, a dog dying there and them bringing it back to life and never telling the owners, and if they cut a dog you won't be told. If your dog has any issues with grooming yes they will get it done but that isn't before they beat your dog into submission. They can deny th... read more
