I tried to give Pretty Plum nail Spa the benefit of the doubt and give them a second try. Needless to say, I will not be returning. With my first visit, I had a fill in and didn’t think it would be too bad to give them a try. The nail tech that did my nails, did not get her name, rushed through the entire process. Completely changed the shape of my nails to the point that every nail was a different shape. I was visiting n let's say not impressed. The guy didn't speak English well n was fast. No lotion on your feet or legs but gave a good massage on legs. He scrubbed my feet good wasn't scared to do it. I gave 3 cuz I was just visiting n left the next day. What I have learned is that Florida n here don't do it the same in Chicago. I will make sure to do before I go or not at all.
