I brought my daughter here for a mommy and me day and they were so nice and patient with her. We both had a great time and love our nails!
The tech I had was very distant, as if she did not want to be there. The water did not get warm in the seat I was in. When the tech realized this, she did not apologize, she did not ask if I wanted to move to a working basin, nor did she offer to manually have my water warmed until AFTER I repeated that my feet were still in COLD water. I came in with a friend whose tech got started before mine did and finished after I was completed. My feet were rushed and of poor quality. The service has went down drastically! The technician that did my pedicure talked into her earpiece the entire time she did my pedicure! She did not address me at all. She did a terrible job and I was dissatisfied! However, I left her a tip.
