I placed my order on June 14th. The first and only update I’ve received was on June 16th with a tracking number. As of June 30th, the tracking label status has not changed from “Pre-Shipment”, meaning they created the label - but they never mailed the package. However, the company then emailed me saying the order was fulfilled 14 days ago and asked for a review. I will be taking this to my bank for resolution.

I found Pretty Pieces at Essence festival a few years back when I visited New Orleans. She has been my only jeweler every since. Her work is classy and quality. I've received all of my orders online in a timely manner and when I visited her store I was in awe. She is everything you see on IG. I will forever shop with Pretty Pieces and I hope she grows bigger and bigger.

My experience with Pretty Pieces & Co was nothing short of amazing! The owner Crystal provided exceptional customer service and is very knowledgeable of her “pieces.” She’s also very attentive and will make sure you leave satisfied!! She definition of a Jeweler!
