NOT RECOMMENDED The man that does the grooming (owner) at Pretty Paws claims to have 15 years experience. If so, then why do a lot of pet's leave the place with razor burns, irritated skin, hairy ears, eye ulcers, cuts AND practically amputated digits!! He then gets REALLY upset that he has to accept the responsibility and pay for the hospital treatments. He will be extremely intimidating and mean in order to get the vet to do the cheapest route of treatments even if it's not the best. He pays no mind at all to what the cond... read more

Love this place. My Mom started using Pretty Paws when we got our schnauzer Fritz. He 13 years old now and been groomed there every 6 weeks or so all his life. Fritz can't see now but always gets a happy tail when he hears Mrs Sharon's voice when he goes in for a haircut. After I got out of college I got my own place and decided to get a pet. It was a no brainer where I was going to take my puppy Maltese. I called and made an appointment for her first haircut. When I took Diamond (my Maltese) in to Pretty Paws I told Sharon ... read more

I highly recommend Pretty Paws I have used Pretty Paws since they opened here in 1995. I then had a cocker spaniel. I now have a wheaten terrier. Over the years the service has been quite reliable and satisfactory. Many years ago on my cocker sadie the people at pretty paws found a lump on her side while grooming her. They told me that it didn't feel like fat but something else. My vet told me that i caught this tumor in time because it was a bad one and was starting to spread. I didn't even know she had a tumor. Pretty Paws has groomed my two poodles for 3 years now. Sharon is always friendly. I've never had to wait when droppin off or picking up the dogs. Their grooming is professional. Quality service.
