I had a terrible experience at Pretty Nena Nails. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The owner was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. She overcharged my credit card by $45 and then tried to tack on an additional $68 — basically attempting to rob me. When I confronted her while still at the salon, she told me to “just leave” and said she’d “look at it later.” No apology, no accountability. First time I tried a Russian manicure, amazing service amazing staff, the receptionist and the coffee is amazing. They clean the cuticles very well, the base espectacular. Definitely will be coming back. I definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely loved my experience at Pretty Nena Nails!! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional — they really took their time to listen to what I wanted. I got a gel Russian manicure and a gel pedicure, and both turned out perfect. My nails have never looked better!
