I gave 2 stars only because the technician honestly tried her best. Unfortunately, they don’t know Russian manicure. When I asked to follow the correct procedure — using the machine instead of scraping with a nail file, and avoiding oil before polish so the color lasts — the manager was rude and offensive, basically telling me to be quiet and let them do their job. I had a terrible experience at Pretty Nena Nails. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. The owner was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. She overcharged my credit card by $45 and then tried to tack on an additional $68 — basically attempting to rob me. When I confronted her while still at the salon, she told me to “just leave” and said she’d “look at it later.” No apology, no accountability. Great pedicure by Marcela she did amazing work cuticles were so clean she took her time and listened to everything I wanted. Can’t wait to come back
