My nail extensions were good, but I had a really bad experience with the pedicure. She didn’t remove my cuticles, didn’t do any scrubbing, or properly shape my nails after cutting them.There was no massage at all. The entire pedicure was done in barely 10 minutes, which was very disappointing. Honestly, I felt like I wasted my money on the pedicure. The nail extensions were good, but the pedicure service was horrible and definitely not worth the price. I expected much better service.
Very pleasant experience, the gals were very very nice and attentive to my requests. The bonus being the location, Niles, sooo cute!
I remembered why I didn’t return after my first experience here two years ago — unsanitary and disappointing. My nail technician was rude, just like during my last visit. I understand language barriers and that people express themselves differently, but this felt unnecessarily disrespectful. I only wanted regular polish, but she repeatedly pushed gel even after I said no, even comparing me to other clients who “spend more” on gel. All of the ladies that work here are so kind and patient, they really try their best and my nails always look good after I get my gel on. I don't use acrylics because my nails are so long and the gel polish will stay for 2 weeks on average before chipping, and I work in the restaraunt business 40 hours a week so I hope that speaks volumes. They are also very cheap to get your nails done with the quality they are done at. I definitely recommend!
