Had a great experience at Perfect Nails! My mom, sister, and I got mani/pedis for my sister’s wedding this weekend, and all of the staff were very helpful and kind in getting the perfect wedding nails. Will definitely be coming back! Super clean and bright environment & reasonable pricing!
This is my second time here and second time of terrible service with price gouging. They tried to not do any of my cuticles that I had to say something and someone else had to finish. Then the pedicure was $65, then charged me $15 for gel, then $15 for a powder to make the gel shiny. I’m sorry almost a $100 for a pedicure is a scam, and the only price you saw was the pedicure price at the beginning. No mention of any other price gouging during any service. Would not recommend to anyone.
My nails ended up looking really nice. The downside was that I had to wait for over 2 hours to be attended to.
Had an adult pedicure and a kids pedicure today. It's not a kid friendly place or even a friendly place. Staff does not interact with clients at all unless you are paying. Nail tech doing the kids pedicure did not offer nail art or stickers. I did ask about it. She seemed to not understand me, maybe? But I did ask. As this salon says it is kid friendly, I disagree. The best way to retain customers is to act as though you are interested in them and interact with them. This is not the place. I'll not return.
First of all, the AI phone service is the worst software I have ever experienced. I called multiple times and asked to be transferred to a worker or an associate. I was told I was being transferred and then hung up on. Additionally when asking the price of a gel manicure the software informed me that it was $30 and I was charged $40 at the time of my service.
