Have been a customer for quite a while and last visit was very disappointing. I booked pedicure appointments for my elderly mom and myself. I booked one with Henry because he had done my mom's pedicure on our last visit and was very good with her. Unfortunately, we ended up not having him. My mom's toes were smudged, and her toes were cut very oddly.
