I had a great experience at Pretty Nails today! The customer service was impeccable and the staff was so friendly. Heidi did my nails she has been doing my nails for 4 years now. I definitely recommend everyone to try this nail shop. I am in love with my nails.
I had such a great experience at this nail salon! The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and everyone was so friendly. Heidi did my nails, and she did an amazing job! She was very patient, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy with the shape, design, and overall look. I went to have my nail refill but they did not do good job.First I ask her very thin, but she makes a thicker, and then she didn’t make it smooth, clean it around to my nail.i ask her to fix it she refuse me. Also she charged me $50 for that. I am very disappointed.i will never go back there.
