I have been coming to this nail salon for months and have always had a good experience, which is why today was so disappointing. I sat with Hang Nguyen, and unfortunately, this was the worst experience I’ve had here so far. During my service, I repeatedly told her that the blade was burning me and causing discomfort. *See EDIT below: I get a regular mani/ pedi (no gel, acrylic, etc) just a plain ol’ manicure/ pedicure. $40 can’t beat that!! Fast, efficient service- I leave a $10 tip. Thats a fair price. My sister and I will continue coming here. *** EDIT: went in yesterday and they raised the price by $5. So now it’s $45 for a regular mani/pedi. Disappointing but everything is going up in America- not surprised. I almost felt like taking it out of their tip when I found out but I didn’t. However I will have to adjust tip next time maybe ... read more

I’ve been coming here since I was 13 with my mom, and for 14 years, I will never stop coming. Everyone is so nice and attentive, the owner Khan and his family have always delivered organized care, and I always come out feeling beautiful and fresh! I’m always so appreciative coming here, and always so excited when it’s time for nail day. Thank you Pretty Nails!
