The older male and female that sit closest to the front of the store barely said a word to me even though they had no one in their chairs. The younger thin guy that sits on the right side but further back came up and got me. He was very nice but filed straight through one of my nail beds with the drill. It hurt so bad and lasted for days. Other nails were filed so thin that when they grew out I could see through my nail and I had a deep drop off from how deep they filed into my nail. 10/10 this is the new spot! My nails look perfect (gel manicure) and they cleaned up my cuticles (without even having to ask 😍). Extra gratitude for how gentle the tech was. Truly appreciate a softer approach, some folks will tear you up lol 😂
Called and tried to schedule an appointment and was hung up on by employee.
Best manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Harry is who I regularly schedule my appointment with, but everyone that works here is amazing and kind. They are very thorough and clean.
