I came here a while back, and I was deeply disappointed with the experience. There seemed to be no method to what the nail techs were doing, and they just swapped out randomly. The place was unorganized and filthy. I generally feel that I’m a patient person, and I’m willing to cut businesses a lot of slack. However, the experience here was so awkward, that I felt spurred to leave this review. There are plenty of other nail salons in this town with significantly better service.

This is the worst salon I been to in Champaign/Urbana. Thtoughout the service they try to sale you crap even after you say no countless of times. Overall service was okay. Foot scrub didn't really get much of my dead skin even though I paid for it. They rushed me out from under the drier the first time. My toes weren't dry of course, so they get ruined. He redos them. I kid you not he tried to rush me again. Straight told me to walk out with no shoes and just the flat shoes. There is barely anyone in here. I am the only pers... read more
