I have been going to Pretty Nails for years, and I always have a wonderful experience! The staff is friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers. They consistently do an amazing job, and my nails always look beautiful.
Bit pricey but they do a great job with regards to pedicures. Manicure was great and I love dip powder
I got a pedicure, and now the sides of my big toes hurt. I showed a picture of the shape I wanted, and he didn't do it right, so the lady fixed it, but its still not the right shape. Pretty sure they were talking about me while "fixing" the shape. Ive been there before and was always happy, other than them talking to each other the whole time making me feel uncomfortable. Will probably not go back, but will go to pretty nails in frankfort.
Not please, very rushed and didn't take all the polish off. I won't be back!
