DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I went to Pretty nails at Northpark mall in Joplin Missourri and had hands down the worst experience that I could have imagined. I came in with my sister and two friends and had to wait an hour and a half in the salon to finally get our nails done. When it was time to start on our nails the staff was completely rude and non-compliant with our ideas on how we wanted our nails done and argued with us on even getting designs put on! I went here today with a friend of mine. The lady was very rude yelling at my friend because she asked her a question and laughing everytime she told her that the lady was hurting her. She had absolutely no respect for her customers. I would never recommend this place to anyone! Ever. Period. I hope this place gets shut down.

Went in on 8/14/12, waited 40 minutes and he filled my nails then started and finished a manicure before painting mine. When he painted mine he left big gaps and got more on the cuticles than the nail. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Wow
