I've been going here for over 5 years. I'm always very pleased with the staff and services that I received. Make sure to ask for Kim. She is like the Rembrandt in nail design. But, you can't go wrong with whoever does your nail. I highly recommend everyone to check out this nail shop!!!!

I went to this nail saloon as a kid and have continued when I moved back to my home town. The service is truly a hit or miss.. mainly miss. I always tip exremely well but they still rush through the job. One woman even nipped my skin because she was in a hurry and not paying attention. This last month alone, I have been in there every week if not twice a week because my full set is constantly breaking. This past week alone I have been at the saloon three times with broken nails. This was the absolute worst service I have ever gotten anywhere. Ive been coming here for about a year and I rarely have had a good experience honestly but I kept coming back because it was never "that bad", but this is it for me. The woman doing my nails never even acknowledged me, cut me multiple times with her drill, my nails were too short and when I told her they were too short she got mad at me. Needless to say, I'll be finding a new nail salon that has technicians that actually know how to do nails.

I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I will no longer return. I call and make an appointment for my nails and I arrive with someone already in my place. Then she is doing 2-3 nails at the same time. They are too busy and over booked. The customer service and quality of work keeps going down each time I go. If I call to make an appointment then I expect to have my time respected and to have quality work done. I have given this place so many chances over the years but now I'm done with them. The owners Victor and Helen used to be awesome people, regular people you know. Then they had some terrible personal traumas happen to BOTH of them and they persevered through those together, always together. Then the day came when their business was all it could be. I have been coming to this salon for about a year and a half. There were several times when I felt like the services was sub-par. They tried to use un-sterilized pedicure utensils on me and tried to hide it, and on another occasion they cut my eyebrows way out of wack (even leaving me a small scar). Absolutely awful experience. I normally go to a place in Woodbury but wanted to find a place closer to home. They guaranteed me they could do what I wanted (I have real nails not acrylic). First they cut & filed my nails different lengths on both hands, & the right hand was longer than the left. They had to redo my nails (take off polish & redo) 3 times because they couldn't figure out how to get the lines on the design thinner & they treated me awful because they had to keep redoing them.
