We had an appointment for three girls, but we ended up waiting at least 40 minutes just for the first person to even begin. Instead of working on us together, they just started the next person after the first one was completely finished, and so on. They never communicated this to us when we arrived; it was a frustrating situation where you just had to find out as you went.
