I went to pretty nails last week for the first time. My dip manicure still looks perfect. The salon is hygienic and the staff is hardworking and do a great job. This salon is far from my house but close to my parents- so i will definitely be back!!! Thank you pretty nails
The best nail salon!! Staff is so friendly and kind. My nails always come out perfect, and are never rushed.
I was 15 minutes late for my appointment due to a valid reason, but when I arrived, they rudely dismissed me, telling me to leave and come back another time. This behavior was incredibly unprofessional, especially considering a proper gel manicure renewal typically takes at least 45 minutes—15 minutes should be well within a reasonable tolerance.
