I wish I had read reviews first, so I will share my experience in the hopes that it will help others. They texted me with a sale so I thought I would give myself a break for the weekend. Mistake. They required I pay in advance. No problem. I paid for 2 hours of basic cleaning. Before doing so, I asked what was included. I was looking specifically for kitchen, floors, and bathroom. WARNING: Unprofessional, Incomplete, and Disrespectful Service I booked Pretty in Pink Cleaning through Groupon and had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Two cleaners arrived for a scheduled 2-hour job. Neither spoke English, and they spent nearly an hour in my bathroom—which wasn’t particularly dirty—laughing, chatting, and lingering around my personal items. Stay Away – Not Worth the Time, Money, or Headache I scheduled Pretty In Pink to clean two units and was quoted $225 for the job. On the day of the service, the cleaners only cleaned one unit and left without touching the second. I sent someone to inspect the work, and they confirmed that only one unit had been cleaned. I called the company immediately, and they promised to send someone back out, but we waited two hours and no one ever showed up. Isa and Reina came to our house and did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend them. They are quick and efficient and thorough. Very nice to work with. We will use them again.
