We’ve been going to Pretty Handsome for nearly four years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about our experience. Brianna and the entire staff today were absolutely amazing for our sons first haircut experience. He is 8 months old and we weren't sure what to expect. Brianna sat with us and discussed our options from a scissor cut to keep him looking more like an infant, to using a clipper which would instantly make him appear as more of a toddler. Finding a place that cuts kids' hair without tears is a challenge, but Pretty Handsome is an absolute game-changer. I’d give them 4 out of 5 stars because it’s easily the best children's salon concept in Ottawa, though the experience can depend heavily on your stylist. My child has been getting their hair cut at Pretty Handsome since early 2020. The staff are incredible with toddlers and children. They are so patient and do a great job. The salon is bright and clean.
