I randomly started getting emails from this salon and decided to share why I never went back. I went to this salon twice in 2022. The 2nd time was on June 9th at 8am for a wash and blow dry with Erika. Instead of Erika, I was seen by a Hispanic woman (I don’t remember or have a record of her name). Initially I was very happy with my I-tips install, the hair was thick and beautiful. After I washed it however, I quickly realized that my hair texture didn’t match the extensions. My natural hair is very curly but I was never asked what my hair pattern is before my install. This was my first time getting extensions so I didn’t know to ask. With the humidity my natural hair would be curly and my extensions straight. Not a good look but I was able to make it work. 10/10 I had my very first appointment at Pretty Hair Rockz yesterday for tape-in extensions, and I was wow’d times a thousand! I’ve never tried this style before, but after reading all the amazing reviews, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, Rickia was warm and welcoming.
